Exotique
Exotique takes its audience on a captivating journey through fantastical dreamscapes where inventive performers weave enchanting visuals with poetic narratives. Ritualistic fire dancers, legendary heroines, sultry sirens, otherworldy entities, and mysterious fetishists come together on the same stage to illustrate enthralling tales. Fulton Market Kitchen prepares a sensory journey for its adventurers with sumptuous dishes inspired by the spicy, sweet, bold, and tender nature of the performances.

Run of Show
All time frames are approximate. A lot depends on how many courses/long the food portion is. We would transition to the after party after our closer.
The show is intended to accommodate 5-7 performers and a DJ. Acts available will be dependent on available performers, but I am open to singers, magicians, pole/ aerial arts, angle grinding, drag, burlesque, circus, and sideshow. Long form acts will be prioritized, particularly if they can be viewed ambiently.
Dinner Service should provide two options for guests: Meat or Vegan/ Vegetarian
4:00 PM: Production Team Arrives
Any set up or performer tech run throughs should happen before the audience arrives at 5:00 PM.
5:00 PM: Doors
Bar service becomes available to patrons. Performers should arrive no later than 5:00 PM unless otherwise discussed.
6:00 PM: Dinner Service Begins
No additional notes
6:15 PM: Show Opens/ Act 1
The show will open between 6:10 PM and 6:15 PM, but not later than 6:15. Show open will depend in part on possible late arriving reservations. The host will welcome the audience to FMK and introduce the show.
Act 1 will occur either as a cold open or after the host welcomes the audience. I imagine Act 1 for the first run of Exotique to be a ritualistic fire performance intended to draw the audience into the fantasy world that is Exotique.
6:25 PM: Course 1
Flavors for this show opener could be described at savory, warm, spicy, umami

7:15 PM: Act 4

Act 5 will feature an a more ambient performance (I.e., singing, flow arts), while wait staff take orders)
7:35 PM: Last Drinks arrive
Service break
7:45 PM: Act 6/ Curtain Call
At approximately 7:45 PM, the last performance will take place. Following the performance, the host will outro the show. Any performers remaining at the venue come to the stage for curtain call. The host invites the audience toy stay for the after party,
8:00 PM: After Party
We can encourage patrons to stay longer by advertising 8 PM on as an after party. I am happy to stay in costume and play host from 8 PM until 9 PM. Depending on ticket sales, it may be possible to recruit other performers to play this role as as well.
